Sunday breakfast waffles

I make this breakfast exclusively on weekends and only when I'm in a good mood. If you're looking for a balanced breakfast to energize you for the whole day, this isn't it. This is for particularly sweet Sunday mornings.

Instructions

Mix together the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar (preferably using softened butter).

Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 3 / 7
Mix in the flour and baking powder.
Step 4 / 7
Warm the milk slightly in the microwave and add it to the batter.
Step 5 / 7
Preheat the waffle iron and cook the waffles for about 4 minutes.

Melt the chocolate (I put it in a piping bag and dip it in boiling water for a minute, but do whatever works best for you).
Step 7 / 7
Drizzle the hot waffles with chocolate, add berries, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

200 g all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

150 ml milk

30 g milk chocolate

Berries to taste
